Detailed Review
DJUCED is published by Guillemot Corporation S.A., a company with a share capital of €11,309,359, headquartered at 2 Rue du Chêne Héleuc, 56910 Carentoir, France. The privacy policy gives the registered company number 414 196 758 (Vannes).
The DJUCED company page says the software is created by an independent team and published by Guillemot, with the Hercules DJ hardware brand as a partner. The site lists DJUCED, DJUCED PRO and DJUCED PRO+ as products.
Learning tools built in
The homepage presents DJUCED as software for beginners, with a DJ Academy, interactive help, an Intelligent Music Assistant and a Beatmatch Guide system. It also lists Hot Cues, DJUCED stems separation, layout management and effects.
The software is available in 14 languages for macOS and Windows.
Streaming and the Pro editions
DJUCED states that you can stream millions of tracks from within the software. A free trial of DJUCED PRO is offered, and the site lists PRO and PRO+ editions above the base version.
The pages we read do not show the price of those editions.
Hardware link to Hercules
The site pairs DJUCED with Hercules controllers such as the DJCONTROL Inpulse T7 and links to a hardware section. A Serato user with a Serato-only controller should check compatibility first, since the pages we read give no list.
Limitations to Consider
Prices for DJUCED PRO and PRO+ are not on the pages we read. The company page ties the software to Hercules hardware, and the site gives no compatibility list for other controllers. The privacy policy notes transfers outside the UK for Guillemot's subsidiaries and providers, and gives no data hosting location. For a free app without a hardware tie, look at Mixxx.
Who Should Use DJUCED
