European Wholesale Marketplaces Tools

Wholesale marketplaces let shops, boutiques and resellers order stock from brands and suppliers through one account instead of many separate order forms. A European option matters because the order history, supplier data and payment flows then sit with a contracting entity in the EU, the UK or Switzerland, under local law.

How we rank these tools — 4-step process
  1. 1
    European ownership, verified

The company is headquartered and incorporated in the EU, EEA, the UK, Switzerland or Israel, and processes customer data in Europe or Israel. A US parent company disqualifies a tool from this page regardless of where its servers are.

  2. 2
    Category fit and hands-on review

What the tool actually does, who it suits, and where it falls short — checked against the vendor’s own documentation, changelog and pricing page rather than its marketing copy.

  3. 3
    Compliance and pricing check

GDPR posture, hosting location and the prices quoted on this page are verified against the vendor’s public pricing before publication, and re-checked when we revisit the category.

  4. 4
    Position on this page

Placement on this page can be paid, and that can affect the order tools appear in. It never buys a listing: a tool that fails the checks above is not here at any price, and payment does not change the shortcomings we write about. A vendor can ask us to correct a factual error — not to remove a criticism.

Vendors can pay for visibility on this page. It never changes what an entry says about a product, including the criticism, and we earn nothing when you click through to a vendor. Vendors can pay for more visibility, higher up on the review pages; it never affects whether a tool is listed. Editorial policy

Key takeaways

  • Ankorstore SAS (Paris) and Orderchamp B.V. (Amsterdam) are the two general-purpose marketplaces in this directory that give independent shops a named European contracting party and a register number.
  • Brandsdistribution is the only tool here that publishes a flat subscription, 99 EUR plus VAT a month for dropshipping, while its wholesale website carries a 2,000 EUR minimum order.
  • Qogita narrows the catalogue to health and beauty, and Euroingro, Brandsdistribution and Fataka narrow it to fashion, so these four fit a single trade rather than a mixed gift shop.
  • Wonnda GmbH in Berlin finds private label and contract manufacturers instead of brands, and Merkandi Ltd in Rotherham sells surplus and liquidation lots, so neither is a like-for-like marketplace.
  • Creoate and Merkandi are registered in the United Kingdom, and both privacy texts mention United States services, which matters for a buyer who wants data to stay in Europe.

European wholesale marketplaces are online platforms, run by companies registered in the EU, the UK or Switzerland, where shops, boutiques and resellers order stock from brands and suppliers through one buyer account. The European part decides who signs your supplier contract, which law applies to a dispute, and whose register entry you can look up before the first order.

#1 Ankorstore

Paris, France Not a single price list. The retailer terms mention Deferred Payment Fees as a percentage of the order, an Ankorstore+ monthly subscription and a 40 EUR fixed collection fee per unpaid invoice. Demo on request

Best for: Shops that want a French operator and credit terms from a payment partner

  • Operating company. Ankorstore SAS
  • Jurisdiction. EU (France)
  • Where the data sits. Website hosted on Google Cloud EMEA Limited, Dublin, Ireland (legal information page)
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Faire

Ankorstore is a B2B platform on which independent shops order from brand stores, operated by Ankorstore SAS at 101 rue de Sèvres in Paris. The legal information page gives its trade register number, and the site runs in five languages. Each brand fixes its own first-order minimum, restocking minimum and free-shipping threshold, and the retailer terms spell these out.

Payment is the feature that sets the platform apart. Eligible shops can defer payment through a payment partner, at a fee that is a percentage of the order value. An Ankorstore+ monthly plan exists, and an unpaid invoice triggers a 40 EUR fixed fee plus interest. The website host is Google Cloud EMEA Limited in Dublin, and the pages we read state no brand total.

What Ankorstore does well

  • Paris-registered operator with trade register and VAT numbers
  • Deferred payment for shops that qualify
  • Five site languages: English, French, Spanish, German, Italian
  • Minimums and free-shipping thresholds set per brand and written into the terms
  • Brands can connect through an API and integrations

Where Ankorstore falls short

  • Fees apply to deferred payment
  • No brand count on the pages we read
  • A late invoice costs 40 EUR plus interest
  • Website hosted by Google Cloud EMEA Limited in Dublin

Standout feature. Ankorstore is the only marketplace here that prints its late-payment fee in the retailer terms, a 40 EUR fixed charge per unpaid invoice.

#2 Orderchamp

Amsterdam, Netherlands Not shown on the pages we read; the pack holds the terms but no fee table. Demo on request

Best for: Independent shops that want a Dutch contracting party and many brands

  • Operating company. Orderchamp B.V.
  • Jurisdiction. EU (Netherlands)
  • Where the data sits. Not stated on the pages we read
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Faire

Orderchamp is a wholesale platform operated by Orderchamp B.V. at Korte Leidsedwarsstraat 49-A in Amsterdam, listed under chamber of commerce number 72677872. Its homepage claims more than 7,000 brands, and the site is offered in eight languages. All offers are for business customers only, according to the imprint.

The terms name a wholly owned German subsidiary, Orderchamp GmbH, which can collect and remit payments for the Dutch company. The imprint links a data processing agreement, dropshipping terms and B2B portal terms. The pages we read show no fee table, payment term, minimum order or hosting location, so those require an account.

What Orderchamp does well

  • Dutch company with a chamber of commerce number in the imprint
  • German subsidiary named for payment handling
  • Site offered in eight languages
  • Data processing agreement linked from the imprint
  • Offers restricted to business customers

Where Orderchamp falls short

  • Fees and payment terms only visible after sign-in
  • Brand range far smaller than Faire
  • Hosting location not stated
  • The 7,000-brand figure is a homepage claim

Standout feature. Orderchamp links its data processing agreement straight from the imprint, which gives a shop with a GDPR checklist a document to read before signing up.

#3 Creoate

London, United Kingdom Prices shown per product after login; no fee table on the pages we read. Demo on request

Best for: UK and Irish shops that want sterling pricing and a price guarantee

  • Operating company. Clifton Ventures Holding Limited
  • Jurisdiction. United Kingdom (adequacy decision, outside the EEA)
  • Where the data sits. Headquarters in the UK; the privacy policy says some or all servers are in the USA
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Faire

Creoate is an online wholesale marketplace for independent retailers and brands, trading under the name of Clifton Ventures Holding Limited at 20 Wenlock Road in London. The footer prints company number 17421014. The homepage claims more than 6,500 independent brands and shows prices in pounds, dollars or euros.

Two buyer-facing promises stand out: a price match that refunds the difference if a shopper finds the item cheaper elsewhere, and a risk-free returns scheme. Sellers can offer 90-day terms through the Trade Direct programme. The privacy policy states that some or all servers are in the United States, and no fee table appears on the pages we read.

What Creoate does well

  • Company number and London address printed in the footer
  • Price match promise on listed items
  • Prices shown in GBP, USD or EUR
  • Seller Academy for new brands
  • Risk-free returns scheme advertised

Where Creoate falls short

  • Privacy policy places some or all servers in the United States
  • No fee table on the pages read
  • Fewer brands than Faire
  • Buyer payment terms not stated

Standout feature. Creoate is the only platform in this list that advertises a price match, so a buyer can check a listing against a competitor and claim the difference.

#4 Qogita

Not stated on the pages we read, Netherlands Prices exclude VAT; no price list on the pages read. Homepage banner: Free Shipping, delivery in 10 business days. Demo on request

Best for: Perfume and cosmetics retailers who need branded stock

  • Operating company. Qogita EU BV
  • Jurisdiction. EU (Netherlands)
  • Where the data sits. Not stated on the pages we read
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Faire

Qogita is a wholesale catalogue limited to health and beauty: fragrance, makeup, deodorant, aftershave and nail products, with brand names such as L'Oréal, Nivea and Schwarzkopf in the menu. The buyer terms apply to Qogita EU BV, Qogita UK Ltd, Qogita USA Inc and Qogita Finance B.V., and give chamber of commerce numbers for the Dutch and UK companies.

Prices exclude VAT, and the figures sit behind a login. The homepage banner advertises free shipping with delivery in 10 business days. The terms name Billie GmbH as the payment service partner, and a VAT zero-rated export program covers sales outside the EU. The ultimate owner and the Dutch street address are not stated on the pages we read.

What Qogita does well

  • Dutch and UK company registrations with numbers
  • Narrow catalogue organised around named brands
  • Free shipping banner on the homepage
  • Authenticity guarantee advertised
  • VAT zero-rated export program

Where Qogita falls short

  • A US company is among the contracting parties
  • Health and beauty only
  • Dutch headquarters address not read
  • Prices hidden until login

Standout feature. Qogita runs a VAT zero-rated export program, which makes it the one marketplace here set up for resellers that ship beauty stock outside the EU.

#5 Brandsdistribution

Turin, Italy Dropshipping service: 99 EUR a month plus VAT or 990 EUR a year plus VAT, unlimited products, no minimum purchase order; paid assistance 199 EUR plus VAT; wholesale website minimum order 2,000 EUR Demo on request

Best for: Fashion retailers who want a flat subscription for dropshipping branded clothing

  • Operating company. IDT S.p.A.
  • Jurisdiction. EU (Italy)
  • Where the data sits. not stated on the pages we read
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Spocket

Brandsdistribution is a branded fashion marketplace owned by IDT in Turin, with a VAT number in the footer and a Via Quittengo address in the privacy text. The homepage claims 337 brands, 170 countries and 34,220 verified buyers, all of which are vendor claims. Italian law governs the contract, according to the dropshipping terms.

The dropshipping service costs 99 EUR plus VAT a month or 990 EUR plus VAT a year, for unlimited products and no minimum purchase order. A BrandsSync app connects a Shopify store, and feeds come in XLS, CSV or XML. The wholesale website has a 2,000 EUR minimum order, and the legal form appears as s.r.l. in one place and S.p.A. in another.

What Brandsdistribution does well

  • Italian owner with address and VAT number printed
  • Flat 99 EUR plus VAT a month for unlimited dropshipping products
  • No minimum purchase order under the dropshipping plan
  • BrandsSync app for Shopify plus API documentation
  • Product feeds in XLS, CSV and XML

Where Brandsdistribution falls short

  • Fashion is the only category
  • The subscription cannot be refunded
  • All prices exclude VAT
  • The wholesale site demands 2,000 EUR per order

Standout feature. Brandsdistribution is the only marketplace here with a flat monthly price for unlimited dropshipping products, so cost does not grow with catalogue size.

#6 Merkandi

Rotherham, United Kingdom The homepage says no intermediaries or commissions. Offers show per-piece prices excluding VAT and minimum purchases. Demo on request

Best for: Resellers who buy by the lot and accept surplus rather than curated brands

  • Operating company. Merkandi Ltd
  • Jurisdiction. United Kingdom (adequacy decision, outside the EEA)
  • Where the data sits. Not stated; personal data may go to Google LLC in the United States for e-mail services (privacy policy)
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Faire

Merkandi is a wholesale trading platform run by Merkandi Ltd at Enterprise Court, Farfield Park, Rotherham, company number 09582404. The homepage lists 268,000 active offers from 150 countries and says the buyer deals with no intermediaries or commissions. The terms say Merkandi Ltd owns the trading platform and that UK law applies.

Offers cover clearance stock, company liquidation stock and returns, in categories from clothing to electronics, food and home and garden. Prices are per piece without VAT, and minimum purchases can be large, such as 1000 units on one listing. Payment is by bank transfer. The privacy text lists transfers to Google LLC in the United States, and the footer and terms give different unit numbers.

What Merkandi does well

  • Company number published for the UK operator
  • No commissions claimed on the homepage
  • Offer count of 268,000 on the homepage
  • Liquidation stock is a dedicated category
  • Per-piece prices on every listing

Where Merkandi falls short

  • Stock is surplus, not curated brands
  • Minimum quantities can be large
  • Personal data may reach providers in the United States
  • Footer and terms disagree on the unit number

Standout feature. Merkandi is the only platform in this list built around liquidation lots, which makes it the place to buy closing-down stock.

#7 Wonnda

Berlin, Germany Free to sign up for buyers; optional upgrade 39 EUR per month. Free forever for manufacturers with no commissions. Demo on request

Best for: Brands that want to produce own-label goods instead of stocking other brands

  • Operating company. Wonnda GmbH
  • Jurisdiction. EU (Germany)
  • Where the data sits. Not stated on the pages we read
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Faire

Wonnda is a B2B sourcing platform run by Wonnda GmbH at Klosterstr. 65 in Berlin, entered in the Berlin Charlottenburg commercial register under HRB 237957 B. It lists more than 26,000 vetted private label and contract manufacturers across 600 FMCG categories, according to its homepage. German law applies and disputes go to the Amtsgericht Charlottenburg.

Buyers join free and, according to the homepage, can find suppliers within 48 hours. An optional 39 EUR monthly upgrade adds deeper supplier data and priority support. Manufacturers list free with no commissions. Ordering and payment run directly between buyer and manufacturer, and the pages we read do not state hosting.

What Wonnda does well

  • German GmbH with a commercial register entry
  • Buyers and manufacturers join free at base level
  • Supplier base of more than 26,000 claimed
  • Upgrade priced openly at 39 EUR a month
  • German law with a named local court

Where Wonnda falls short

  • Finds manufacturers, not stock to ship
  • No payment terms of the kind Faire offers
  • Hosting location not stated
  • Supplier count is self-reported

Standout feature. Wonnda searches for manufacturers rather than finished brands, so a shop owner can start an own-label line with it.

#8 Euroingro

Prato, Italy Not shown on the pages we read. Demo on request

Best for: Fashion shops that want Italian-made clothing wholesale

  • Operating company. B2B Euroingro SRL
  • Jurisdiction. EU (Italy)
  • Where the data sits. Not stated on the pages we read
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Faire

Euroingro is an online wholesale clothing marketplace whose Dutch privacy statement names B2B Euroingro SRL, based in Prato, as data controller. The homepage lists women, men and kids clothing, shoes, bags, accessories and beauty, plus a custom clothing production section. A Made in Italy section holds more than 5,000 items.

There are iOS and Android apps, and the site runs in Dutch, English and German. The imprint and terms pages returned a 404 when we tried them, so no register number, VAT number or street address was read. No brand total, price, payment term or minimum order appeared either, which makes a direct question to the operator advisable.

What Euroingro does well

  • Company based in Prato, Italy
  • A dedicated Made in Italy section
  • Apps for iOS and Android
  • Site versions in Dutch, English and German
  • Women, men and kids clothing categories

Where Euroingro falls short

  • Imprint and terms pages returned 404
  • Neither fees nor minimums are published
  • Range centres on clothing
  • Company data appears only in the privacy text

Standout feature. Euroingro is the only clothing wholesaler here that sells through mobile apps as well as a website.

#9 Fataka

Not stated on the pages we read, United Kingdom Not shown on the pages we read. Demo on request

Best for: Fashion designers and boutiques that want a UK marketplace with services around it

  • Operating company. Fataka Fashion Synergies Ltd
  • Jurisdiction. United Kingdom (adequacy decision, outside the EEA)
  • Where the data sits. Not stated on the pages we read
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Faire

Fataka is a fashion B2B marketplace run by Fataka Fashion Synergies Ltd, whose legal text gives England company number 11282041. Designers can sell and boutiques can buy wholesale fashion on the site. Beside the marketplace it offers fashion events, mentoring, coworking, fulfilment services and forums.

The legal pages carry a 2018-2019 copyright line, which suggests the terms may be old. The pages we read show no prices, fees, minimum orders or payment terms, and no street address appeared. The platform covers fashion only, so a shop that also sells home goods or food needs a second supplier source.

What Fataka does well

  • UK company number printed in the legal text
  • Marketplace combined with events and mentoring
  • Fulfilment services on the menu
  • Focus on fashion
  • Forums where designers talk to each other

Where Fataka falls short

  • Legal pages look dated
  • No prices or fees visible
  • Fashion only
  • Street address not read

Standout feature. Fataka pairs its marketplace with events, mentoring and coworking, which no other tool in this list offers.

#10 Mercateo

Köthen, Germany Not a subscription. Each supplier shows a minimum order value and shipping costs. Demo on request

Best for: Companies buying business supplies, not shops buying gift or lifestyle brands

  • Operating company. Unite Procurement Deutschland AG
  • Jurisdiction. EU (Germany)
  • Where the data sits. Not stated on the pages we read
  • Source code. Closed source
  • Replaces. Faire

Mercateo is a B2B procurement marketplace operated by Unite Procurement Deutschland AG, Museumsgasse 4-5 in Köthen, registered at Amtsgericht München under HRB 243681. Country versions cover Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Italy, France, Spain, the UK, Ireland, Poland and Switzerland. The catalogue runs from office supplies and IT hardware to tools, packaging and hospitality goods.

Each supplier lists its minimum order value and shipping costs, and account holders get shopping lists, an order archive and purchase requests. There is no subscription. The privacy text names credit agencies used for checks on business orders, and the pages we read name neither a parent company nor a hosting location.

What Mercateo does well

  • German AG with a commercial register entry
  • Country sites in more than ten markets
  • Shopping lists and an order archive
  • Minimum order shown per supplier
  • Wide range of business-supply categories

Where Mercateo falls short

  • No lifestyle or gift brands
  • Credit agencies check business orders
  • Parent company not stated
  • Hosting not stated

Standout feature. Mercateo shows each supplier's minimum order value and shipping cost on its own page, so the full cost of a basket is visible before you order.

How do I choose a European wholesale marketplace for my shop?

Choose by product range first, because the ten platforms in this directory split into general brand marketplaces, trade specialists and sourcing tools. Ankorstore, Orderchamp and Creoate serve gift, home and lifestyle shops. Qogita serves perfume and cosmetics, and three platforms serve fashion.

Then compare the contracting entity. Ankorstore SAS publishes a Paris trade register number. Orderchamp B.V. publishes an Amsterdam chamber of commerce number. Wonnda GmbH publishes a Berlin commercial register entry. Euroingro names its company only in a privacy statement, so a buyer there has less to check.

Last, ask for terms before you load a basket. Several platforms hide fees and payment days until you log in, which is why a small test order costs less than a wrong assumption.

Which wholesale marketplaces show their prices and fees publicly?

Only a few do. Wonnda states that buyers join free and that an upgrade costs 39 EUR a month. Brandsdistribution lists dropshipping at 99 EUR plus VAT a month or 990 EUR plus VAT a year, and paid assistance at 199 EUR plus VAT. Ankorstore names the types of fee in its retailer terms: a percentage for deferred payment, a monthly Ankorstore+ plan and a 40 EUR fixed fee per unpaid invoice.

Orderchamp, Euroingro and Fataka publish no fee table in the pages we read. Creoate shows prices per product after login. Qogita shows prices without VAT and requires login for the figures. Merkandi lists per-piece prices on its offers and says it charges no commissions. Mercateo shows a minimum order value and shipping cost on each supplier page.

Does a European wholesale marketplace give me payment terms like Faire does?

Partly. Faire advertises 60 days to pay, interest free, on its homepage. Ankorstore is the nearest European match, since it offers deferred payment to eligible shops through a payment partner, but the terms charge fees as a percentage of the order and we found no day count on the pages we read.

Creoate says its sellers can offer 90-day terms through a Trade Direct programme. Brandsdistribution takes payment by card or bank transfer and cancels unpaid orders after 3 days. Merkandi works by bank transfer. Orderchamp and Qogita state no buyer terms before login, though Qogita names Billie GmbH as its payment service partner.

What changes legally when I leave a US marketplace for a European one?

The contract moves to a named company under local law. Ankorstore SAS contracts under French law, Orderchamp B.V. under Dutch law, Wonnda GmbH under German law with the Amtsgericht Charlottenburg as venue, and Brandsdistribution under Italian law according to its dropshipping terms. Merkandi Ltd points to UK law and London courts.

That does not mean data stays in Europe. Creoate states in its privacy policy that some or all servers are in the United States. Merkandi lists Google LLC in the United States for e-mail. Ankorstore hosts its website on Google Cloud EMEA Limited in Dublin. Qogita lists a US entity among its contracting parties.

Read the privacy text of each shortlisted platform, because "European company" and "European hosting" are two separate claims here.

Which European marketplaces fit fashion buyers?

Brandsdistribution in Turin sells branded fashion from a catalogue of 337 brands according to its homepage, with Shopify sync and catalogue feeds in XLS, CSV or XML. Euroingro in Prato sells women, men and kids clothing, shoes and accessories, with a Made in Italy section and mobile apps for iOS and Android.

Fataka in the United Kingdom suits designers who also want events, mentoring and fulfilment services next to a marketplace. Its legal pages carry a 2018-2019 copyright line, and it shows no prices or fees. Euroingro also gives no prices or minimums, so both need a direct question to the operator before you commit.

When should I not switch away from Faire?

Stay if your supplier list depends on brands that appear only on Faire, or if 60 days interest free is the reason your cash flow works. Faire lists over 100,000 brands on its homepage. Orderchamp lists 7,000-plus, Creoate 6,500-plus and Brandsdistribution 337, all self-reported.

A hybrid is realistic. Keep Faire for the long tail of brands, and run a European platform for the suppliers who are on it. Ankorstore or Orderchamp is the usual first test, since both target independent shops.

How we selected and ranked these 10 tools

Every tool on this page is in the European Purpose directory, which means the operating company is established in Europe and we have verified that from the company register or the vendor's own legal notice rather than from a marketing page. Tools headquartered outside Europe are not eligible, however good they are.

  1. Feature verification (weight: 40%). We check each capability against the vendor's own documentation and product pages, and record what the tool does rather than what the category is assumed to include.
  2. Ease of adoption (weight: 30%). Integrations, published API access, trial availability and how much configuration stands between signing and a usable result.
  3. Value and transparency (weight: 30%). Published pricing counts in a vendor's favour; quote-only pricing is recorded as quote-only rather than estimated. We weigh what a buyer gets for the entry price, not the headline feature count.
  4. Editorial review. Every page is researched and drafted with AI assistance, and the compliance and pricing claims are checked against the vendor's documentation before it is published under the founder's editorial responsibility. The three weights above decide the order; a position is a ranking against the other European tools in this category, not an absolute score.

Vendor-reported outcomes — ROI figures, margin uplift, time saved — are labelled as vendor claims wherever they appear on this page. We have not audited them, and neither has anyone else who quotes them. Read our full editorial process for how pages are re-verified.

Frequently asked questions

For a general independent shop, Ankorstore and Orderchamp rank first because each names a registered European company and targets many small brands. Qogita is the pick for beauty stock, Brandsdistribution for branded fashion on a flat plan, and Wonnda for private label sourcing. The best choice depends on your product range and the payment terms you need.

Wonnda is free to sign up for buyers, with an optional upgrade at 39 EUR a month. Merkandi says it takes no commissions. Most others, including Orderchamp, Creoate and Qogita, show no buyer subscription on the pages we read. Ankorstore has an optional Ankorstore+ plan and fees on deferred payment.

Brandsdistribution offers a dropshipping plan at 99 EUR plus VAT a month for unlimited products with no minimum purchase order, and it has a BrandsSync app for Shopify. Orderchamp also mentions dropshipping terms in its imprint. Neither matches the full breadth of a general marketplace.

Wonnda is built for it. The Berlin company lists more than 26,000 vetted private label and contract manufacturers across 600 FMCG categories. Ordering and payment happen between you and the manufacturer, so it supplements a stock marketplace rather than replacing one.

Yes, through Merkandi. The Rotherham company lists 268,000 active offers on its homepage, including clearance stock and company liquidation lots, with per-piece prices excluding VAT. Minimum quantities are large, and the offers are surplus rather than curated brands.

No. Orderchamp states in its imprint that offers are for business customers only, and the other platforms serve shops, resellers or companies. Mercateo targets companies buying office and industrial supplies.
