#1 Omnia Retail
Best for: Brands that want MAP enforcement and repricing from the same platform
- Operating company. Omnia Retail B.V.
- Jurisdiction. EU (Netherlands)
- Where the data sits. EU
- Source code. Closed source
Omnia Retail is the only tool in this category with a named, standalone product for the job: MAP Price Software, sold alongside its repricing engine rather than bolted on as a side feature of general monitoring. The product scans reseller websites, marketplaces and comparison shopping engines across more than 50 countries, compares what it finds against the MAP policy set for that product, region, retailer tier or SKU, and alerts the brand in real time when a violation appears.
What separates Omnia from a monitoring-only tool is the evidence layer: every flagged violation comes with a timestamp and a violation history, so a brand can approach a reseller with a documented record instead of a disputed screenshot. Omnia Retail was founded in Amsterdam in 2015 and acquired the German pricing SaaS company Patagona in 2021, strengthening its position in the DACH market. Customers named by the vendor include Samsung, Philips, L'Oréal and Decathlon.
What Omnia Retail does well
- Standalone MAP Price Software product, not a side feature
- Real-time violation alerts across 50+ countries
- Policies configurable per SKU, region or retailer tier
- Dutch company, EU data processing
Where Omnia Retail falls short
- Quote-based pricing only, so no way to estimate cost before a sales conversation
- Demo rather than self-service trial
- Overkill for a brand with only a handful of resellers to watch
Standout feature. A dedicated MAP product line rather than MAP tracking as an afterthought inside a general monitoring dashboard — the only tool in this category built that way.
