Demo on request
Best for: Small and mid-sized companies and agencies that want public euro prices and an EU-hosted dashboard
DMARCwise gives a small team the lowest-risk start in this category: a free plan for 1 domain and 1,000 emails a month, then Starter at €15 a month billed yearly (€180 plus taxes) for 3 domains, 3 months of retention and 3 team members. Growth costs €39 for 20 domains and 6 months, and Scale costs €99 for 100 domains and a year of data.
The product is run by Substring di Matteo Contrini, an Italian business with a VAT number and an address in Arco, and the terms are governed by Italian law. The home page says the service is made and hosted in the EU and lists more than 1,000 organisations as users, both statements from the vendor. The legal entity is a sole business rather than a limited company, and no enforcement service is described.
What DMARCwise does well
- Free plan with 1 domain
- Public euro prices from EUR 15 a month
- States it is made and hosted in the EU
- TLS-RPT and hosted MTA-STS on paid plans

- Legal entity appears to be a sole business, not a company
- Free plan limited to 1 domain, 1k emails and 2 weeks retention
- SSO only on Growth and Scale
- No automated enforcement service described
Standout feature. DMARCwise is the only tool here that offers both a free plan and pay-as-you-go pricing for MSPs under an Italian contract.

Demo on request
Best for: Small teams that want a Luxembourg supplier and a price that follows legitimate email volume
dmarced prices by legitimate mail instead of by attack traffic. Only parent domains that send compliant email count toward the plan, so forged messages aimed at your domain leave the bill unchanged. Mimecast lists a DMARC Analyzer product inside a larger email security range, and its site offers free checks for DMARC and BIMI records. Pricing for DMARC Analyzer was not shown on the pages we read, and Mimecast sells tailored plans on request.
Mimecast Services Limited is registered in London, and its privacy statement lists Mimecast Germany GmbH, Mimecast Netherlands B.V. and Mimecast France SARL as local entities. Our review of Mimecast covers its Incydr data protection product, and the contract entity by region could not be confirmed because the agreements were PDF files. The card here is a pointer for buyers who already use Mimecast, not a tested DMARC comparison.
What Mimecast does well
- Covers e-mail, endpoint, cloud, browser and agents
- No policies needed to start
- Graduated responses from education to blocking
- Data residency options mentioned
- UK-registered operating company
Where Mimecast falls short
- Not a rule-based content DLP
- Quote-only pricing
- Contract entity by region unconfirmed
- Efficiency figures are vendor claims
Standout feature. Mimecast is the only entry here that comes from a larger email security group with entities in three EU countries.
