European Alternatives to OneStream

Looking for a European alternative to OneStream? OneStream Software LLC, based at 191 N Chester Street in Birmingham, Michigan, provides its corporate performance management SaaS, and its privacy statement says it is subject to the jurisdiction of the US Federal Trade Commission for Data Privacy Framework enforcement. OneStream states that it was named a Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader for Financial Close and Consolidation four years in a row and does not show prices on the pages we read.

The European Financial Consolidation Software tools below are sold by vendors in Germany, France, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, Ireland and the UK. They cover group consolidation under IFRS, HGB and French GAAP, and several publish plan structures or prices, which OneStream does not on the pages we read.

How we rank these tools — 4-step process
  1. 1
    European ownership, verified

The company is headquartered and incorporated in the EU, EEA, the UK, Switzerland or Israel, and processes customer data in Europe or Israel. A US parent company disqualifies a tool from this page regardless of where its servers are.

  2. 2
    Category fit and hands-on review

What the tool actually does, who it suits, and where it falls short — checked against the vendor’s own documentation, changelog and pricing page rather than its marketing copy.

  3. 3
    Compliance and pricing check

GDPR posture, hosting location and the prices quoted on this page are verified against the vendor’s public pricing before publication, and re-checked when we revisit the category.

  4. 4
    Position on this page

Placement on this page can be paid, and that can affect which tools appear here and the order they appear in. It never buys a good review: a tool that fails the checks above is not here at any price, and payment does not change the shortcomings we write about. A vendor can ask us to correct a factual error — not to remove a criticism.

Vendors can pay for visibility on this page. It never changes what an entry says about a product, including the criticism, and we earn nothing when you click through to a vendor. Vendors can pay for more visibility, higher up on the review pages; it never affects which tools are listed. Editorial policy

Key takeaways

  • OneStream Software LLC is a Birmingham, Michigan company, and its privacy statement places it under US Federal Trade Commission jurisdiction for Data Privacy Framework enforcement.
  • OneStream says Gartner named it a Magic Quadrant Leader for Financial Close and Consolidation four years running; that is the vendor's own claim.
  • Konsolidator A/S in Copenhagen states ISAE3402 certification, and elKomSolutions GmbH in Tuttlingen and CP Corporate Planning GmbH in Hamburg both state IDW PS 880 certification for their consolidation software.
  • Joiin Ltd in Exeter is the only tool here that publishes monthly prices by number of companies, from $28 a month for one company.
  • Lucanet lists disclosure management and separate XBRL products, with ESEF and UKSEF named, next to its consolidation; Amelkis lists ESEF in its suite as well.

Why people leave OneStream

OneStream Software LLC sells corporate performance management as a single cloud platform, and its privacy statement describes the service as CPM software as a service. The company is headquartered at 191 N Chester Street in Birmingham, Michigan. On its own pages it calls the product an operating system for Finance, bringing consolidation, planning, reporting and analytics onto one data model.

OneStream says Gartner named it a Magic Quadrant Leader for Financial Close and Consolidation four years in a row, and a 2022 milestone page on its site records a 1,000th customer. Those are the vendor's statements and we have not tested them. They do explain why OneStream sits on so many shortlists, and why a European group that drops it from the list needs a specific reason.

For European buyers that reason is usually contractual rather than technical. OneStream's privacy statement places the company under the jurisdiction of the US Federal Trade Commission for Data Privacy Framework enforcement, and the pages we read show no price. A group consolidation holds unpublished results before they are filed, so the contracting entity and the legal route behind it matter as much as the feature list.

  • The contracting entity is American, and the transfer route is the Data Privacy Framework OneStream Software LLC is a Michigan company, and its privacy statement says the company is subject to US Federal Trade Commission jurisdiction for Data Privacy Framework enforcement. That is a legitimate route for transfers today. It is also a route that rests on a political arrangement between Brussels and Washington, which a group controller who reports to a listed parent may prefer not to depend on for unpublished figures.
  • No price is visible before the sales conversation The OneStream pages we read show no price and no plan names. That is normal for enterprise finance software, but it makes early budgeting difficult. Of the eleven European tools on this page, Joiin publishes its prices by number of companies, Konsolidator publishes its four plan names and the size of its onboarding fee, and Lucanet publishes three package names and a 12-month minimum term.
  • The platform is wider than many groups will ever use OneStream positions itself as one platform for close, consolidation, planning, analytics and AI agents. A group of ten subsidiaries that only needs a statutory consolidation under IFRS may pay for, implement and train people on far more than it uses. Narrower products such as elKomKONS, Solitwork AFC and Amelkis EPM start from the consolidation itself and add modules later.
  • European filing and local-standard requirements are a product line of their own German auditors ask about IDW PS 880 software certificates, French groups report under ANC rules next to IFRS, and listed groups tag annual reports in ESEF. Several European vendors build these into the core product and say so on their pages. We did not find the same statements on the OneStream pages we read, so a group with these duties should ask for evidence in writing.

What you have to replace, not just match

A OneStream estate is rarely only a consolidation. Check which of its jobs your finance team actually runs on it: statutory and management consolidation, intercompany matching, the close checklist, budgeting and forecasting, dashboards, and any AI assistants your team has switched on. No single European tool on this page covers all of that at OneStream's scale, so most migrations split the estate in two.

The consolidation core maps to Lucanet, Konsolidator, Amelkis, Corporate Planning, elKomKONS, Talentia, Solitwork and Hypergene. The planning and reporting side maps to Jedox, Corporate Planning and Hypergene, and to the add-ons Konsolidator sells for FP&A. AccountsIQ and Joiin fit smaller groups whose entities already run in cloud ledgers, where the real alternative is a spreadsheet and not a platform.

The data you carry over is the harder part. You need the chart of accounts and its group mapping, the entity and ownership structure with its history, opening balances, currency rates, the intercompany rules, adjustment journals and the prior-year comparatives your auditor will ask about. Work out which of those sit only inside OneStream, and export them before the licence ends.

How each alternative compares to OneStream

#1

Lucanet

the nearest European match for consolidation plus disclosure management

Berlin, GermanyBasic, Advanced and Professional packages, quote on request, minimum term 12 months#1 in Financial Consolidation Software

Best for: Groups that consolidate, plan and file their annual report with one vendor

Lucanet AG, registered at the Amtsgericht Charlottenburg in Berlin, sells consolidation, intercompany reconciliation, planning, group controlling and management reporting as one platform. Against OneStream's broader claim, Lucanet adds a disclosure side: separate XBRL products for tagging, cloud use, audit and vision, with ESEF and UKSEF named on its disclosure page.

The vendor says its platform pulls data from ERPs and subsidiaries through 300-plus ETL adapters and holds an SAP interface certification. It sells three packages with a minimum term of 12 months, no prices, and it runs on AWS with optional bring-your-own-key encryption. A UK entity sits next to the German parent.

What Lucanet does better than OneStream

  • Lists XBRL products and ESEF coverage for the annual report, which the OneStream pages we read do not
  • Contracting entity in Germany, with standard contractual clauses and an IT security guideline published
  • Names its three packages and a minimum term, where OneStream names neither
  • Optional customer-held encryption keys on the platform

Where Lucanet is a step down from OneStream

  • Runs on AWS, so a US cloud provider remains below the German vendor
  • No embedded AI agents are listed on the pages we read
  • Aimed at groups, with no entry route for very small companies

Standout against OneStream. It names a disclosure-management product line and a set of XBRL products, a wider filing side than any other tool on this page lists.

Konsolidator

a Danish cloud consolidation tool with named plans and a stated onboarding cost

Copenhagen, DenmarkFour plans (Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Enterprise Accounting and The Konsolidator Suite) without amounts on the pricing page; one-time onboarding fee of approximately 1-2 times the yearly subscription#2 in Financial Consolidation Software

Best for: Groups of several subsidiaries that want a cloud consolidation with a known onboarding path

Konsolidator A/S in Copenhagen, CVR DK36078383, started the product in 2016 and is listed on Nasdaq First North. Its four plans run from Financial Accounting to The Konsolidator Suite, and consolidation covers actual, budget and forecast numbers, eliminations, minority shares, currency translation and cash flow statements. The vendor states ISAE3402 certification and counts more than 300 groups as users.

Against OneStream the product is much narrower. Planning, automated budgets, Power BI reports and a data model are add-ons, not part of the base. The vendor states onboarding takes typically 60 to 120 days and costs once about one to two times the yearly subscription. No hosting country is stated on the pages we read.

What Konsolidator does better than OneStream

  • Publishes four plan names and the size of its onboarding fee
  • States ISAE3402 certification and a typical 60 to 120 day onboarding
  • Danish contracting entity with a CVR number in the imprint
  • Site in English, Spanish, Danish, German and Portuguese

Where Konsolidator is a step down from OneStream

  • No amounts are published, and the onboarding fee comes on top
  • Planning and BI are paid add-ons, not an integrated platform
  • Hosting country not stated on the pages we read

Standout against OneStream. It is the one tool here that tells you in advance how large the onboarding fee will be relative to the subscription.

Jedox

a planning engine to pair with consolidation, not a consolidation tool by itself

Freiburg, GermanyCustom pricing by users and modules#1 in Business Intelligence

Best for: Finance teams whose OneStream use is mostly budgeting, forecasting and Excel-based reporting

Jedox GmbH in Freiburg has built its product around an in-memory OLAP model since 2002. Users enter budget and forecast numbers in an Excel add-in that writes back to the central model, and workflow tracks who submitted and who approved each figure. Dashboards, scenario modelling and AI forecasting sit on the same data.

Replace the planning half of OneStream with Jedox, not the consolidation half, unless you confirm its consolidation scope with the vendor. The facts we have describe planning and reporting. Deployment is an EU cloud or your own infrastructure, a choice the OneStream pages we read do not state. Expect an enterprise implementation project and pricing by users and modules.

What Jedox does better than OneStream

  • Can run on your own infrastructure, removing the cloud-provider question
  • Excel add-in writes numbers back into the governed model
  • Approval workflow replaces circulating spreadsheet versions
  • German vendor with more than two decades of history

Where Jedox is a step down from OneStream

  • Statutory consolidation is not what the facts we have describe
  • Weaker ad-hoc visualisation than tools built only for analytics
  • Needs a partner-led implementation and does not publish prices

Standout against OneStream. It is the only tool on this page you can run entirely on your own servers while keeping Excel as the front end.

Hypergene

a Swedish platform for consolidation with voucher-level drill-down

Malmö, SwedenPricing on request via contact form#4 in Financial Consolidation Software

Best for: Nordic groups that want a Swedish storage option and consolidation drill-down to the voucher

Hypergene AB in Malmö has offices in Stockholm and Gothenburg too, and describes 20 years of experience with more than 600 customers. Its finance product, the Profitbase CFO platform, lists an overview of every entity with ownership, currency, acquisition cost and goodwill, automatic eliminations by counterparty code or account, and posting of consolidation adjustments.

Users can drill from group figures down to the voucher. The trust centre states ISO 27001 certification and a Swedish storage and processing option, and mentions following DORA and NIS2. No ESEF or XBRL tagging is listed, pricing goes through a contact form, and parts of the site remain in Swedish.

What Hypergene does better than OneStream

  • Swedish storage and processing option stated in its trust centre
  • Drill-down from group figures to individual vouchers
  • ISO 27001 stated across its operations
  • Budgets and forecasts on the same platform as the consolidation

Where Hypergene is a step down from OneStream

  • No tagging for annual-report filing is listed
  • No single imprint page found on the pages checked
  • Smaller than OneStream and partly documented in Swedish

Standout against OneStream. It pairs a country-level storage option, Sweden, with consolidation figures you can trace to the underlying voucher.

Amelkis

a French suite for IFRS and ANC consolidation with ESEF, CSRD and CbCR outputs

Paris, FranceNo prices shown; estimate on request via a three-step form#5 in Financial Consolidation Software

Best for: French and francophone groups that consolidate under IFRS and French rules and report in ESEF

Amelkis Solutions, at 12 rue de Ponthieu in Paris, publishes SIRET 452 303 837 in its legal notice and says more than 1,700 companies have used it over 20 years. Amelkis EPM sets up IFRS and French GAAP natively, handles sub-groups, scope changes and acquisition differences, and separates statutory consolidation from management consolidation.

The same suite lists intercompany reconciliation, IFRS 16 leases, ESEF, CSRD and country-by-country reporting. The security page states hosting in France. The cost of that focus is language: the site and documentation we read are in French only, and prices come from a three-step estimate form, not a list.

What Amelkis does better than OneStream

  • French hosting stated on the vendor's security page
  • IFRS and French GAAP set up natively, with ANC rules in view
  • ESEF, CSRD and country-by-country reporting in the same suite
  • French contracting entity with SIRET published

Where Amelkis is a step down from OneStream

  • Site and documentation read in French only
  • Hosting provider is not named on the pages we read
  • No global AI or operational-data platform like OneStream's

Standout against OneStream. It is the only tool here built around the French ANC accounting rules next to IFRS.

Corporate Planning

a Hamburg suite joining certified consolidation with planning, risk and liquidity

Hamburg, GermanyNot published on the pages checked#3 in FP&A and Planning Software

Best for: German-speaking controlling teams that want an audit-certified consolidation next to planning

CP Corporate Planning GmbH, registered at the Amtsgericht Hamburg under HRB 178472, builds operational, financial, sales and personnel controlling, consolidation, risk and liquidity management on one technology platform. The vendor states its consolidation is certified under IDW PS 880 and IDW RS FAIT 1 and 4, and says it runs on the same data as planning.

The cloud service runs on Microsoft Azure with data in Germany or another EU country that the customer picks. The vendor lists over 350 standard integrations and refers to more than 5,000 controlling projects. Prices are not published, and the pages are written for German controlling practice, including IBCS reporting.

What Corporate Planning does better than OneStream

  • Names the German audit standards its consolidation is certified under
  • Customer chooses Germany or another EU country for the data location
  • Planning, risk and liquidity share one data foundation with the consolidation
  • More than 350 standard integrations to upstream systems, per the vendor

Where Corporate Planning is a step down from OneStream

  • Azure sits below the vendor, so a US provider remains in the chain
  • Tuned to German practice, which fits other countries less
  • Self-hosting is not described on the pages checked

Standout against OneStream. It states German audit-software certification for the consolidation and offers a free choice of EU country for the data.

Talentia

a French vendor combining ledger, consolidation and control modules

Puteaux, FranceNo prices shown on the pages we read; demo on request#7 in Financial Consolidation Software

Best for: Mid-sized groups in southern Europe that want ledger and consolidation from one supplier

Talentia Software Group SAS in Puteaux has share capital of €57,779,453 and is registered at the Nanterre trade register under 534 858 220. The site says it has served finance teams since 1988 and counts more than 2,000 companies. Its consolidation topics include publishing consolidated data, a unified data model and automatic elimination of flows between group companies.

The suite also sells multi-entity accounting, invoice digitisation, and internal audit and control, in multi-currency and multi-legislation set-ups. The vendor claims closing automation can cut closing times by up to 50 percent, without a method on the pages we read. No price, hosting country or list of supported standards is shown.

What Talentia does better than OneStream

  • Ledger, audit and control modules from the same French vendor as the consolidation
  • Multi-legislation set-up described for groups with local statutory ledgers
  • Share capital and trade register number published in the legal notice
  • Site available in six languages

Where Talentia is a step down from OneStream

  • No list of supported consolidation standards on the pages we read
  • Hosting country of the software not stated
  • The 50 percent closing claim is a vendor statement with no method

Standout against OneStream. It is the one tool here where ledger, audit and consolidation come from the same French publisher.

Solitwork

a Danish consolidation product with workflow, built for groups with several ERPs

Viby J (Aarhus), DenmarkNo prices shown on the pages we read#8 in Financial Consolidation Software

Best for: Groups whose actuals sit in several ERP systems and who want documented close tasks

Solitwork A/S, CVR 26 62 38 71, works from Viby J near Aarhus with further offices in Copenhagen and Hamburg, and says its team has more than 60 experts. Its AFC product pulls actuals from several ERP systems into one consolidation, with an intercompany matrix, controlled eliminations, currency conversion at average and closing rates, and adjustments through journal perspectives.

Agentic Workflow lets a controller or an AI assistant hand a finding on as a documented task with owner, reviewer and deadline, and the vendor states people approve the decisions. Solitwork is also a consultancy, so the project may lean on its own team. No price, certificate or hosting country is stated on the pages we read.

What Solitwork does better than OneStream

  • Audit trail across each adjustment, rule and calculation
  • Documented close tasks with owner, reviewer and deadline
  • Danish contracting entity with CVR in the privacy policy page
  • Offices in Aarhus, Copenhagen and Hamburg

Where Solitwork is a step down from OneStream

  • Much smaller vendor, so ask for references
  • No certificate, hosting country or price stated
  • Product mix includes consulting and maritime analytics, so focus is broader than consolidation

Standout against OneStream. It turns a controller's finding into a documented task with owner, reviewer and deadline inside the consolidation product.

elKomKONS

an IDW-certified consolidation for Excel users that still depends on IBM

Tuttlingen, GermanyNo prices shown on the pages we read#9 in Financial Consolidation Software

Best for: German-speaking mid-sized groups that already use Excel and IBM TM1 and need HGB consolidation

elKomSolutions GmbH, registered at the Amtsgericht Stuttgart under HRB 450931 with Stephan Bischof as managing director, sells elKomKONS for group accounts under HGB, IAS/IFRS, Swiss-GAAP and US-GAAP. It covers currency translation, debt, capital, income and expense consolidation, interim profit elimination and automatic deferred tax postings, and the vendor states an IDW PS 880 software certificate.

The engine is IBM Planning Analytics TM1, with Excel as the front end and an optional web front end. Single-entity accounts can come in through Excel packages, so ERP interfaces are not strictly needed. The stack is therefore not fully European, and the pages we read show no price, cloud offer or data location.

What elKomKONS does better than OneStream

  • States an IDW PS 880 software certificate for the consolidation
  • Excel packages collect entity data without ERP interfaces
  • Covers HGB, IFRS, Swiss-GAAP and US-GAAP in one product
  • German GmbH with register court and number in the imprint

Where elKomKONS is a step down from OneStream

  • Depends on IBM Planning Analytics TM1, a US licence in the stack
  • No cloud option or data location on the pages we read
  • Web pages are mostly in German

Standout against OneStream. It is the only tool here whose consolidation engine is a TM1 cube with Excel as the main interface.

AccountsIQ

an Irish ledger with consolidation inside, for groups outgrowing spreadsheets

Dublin, IrelandPrice on application (POA) per month on the pricing page#10 in Financial Consolidation Software

Best for: Mid-market groups that want one cloud system for the ledger and the roll-up

AccountsIQ is owned by Visor Limited, whose registered office is in Dublin, company number 366570, and the website is subject to Irish law. Consolidation sits inside the accounting system, so subsidiary ledgers roll up to a top entity without a separate import. Sub-consolidation layers, entities in their own currencies and one-click checks of the consolidation rules are listed.

Intercompany eliminations are configured once and applied at each consolidation, with a matrix of the flows, and the report library exports to Excel, Word and PDF. It is an accounting system with consolidation, not a disclosure or ESEF tool. The Core plan covers one entity, so group features need a higher plan priced on application.

What AccountsIQ does better than OneStream

  • Ledger and consolidation in one system, so no separate import step
  • Sub-consolidation layers and automatic translation of entity currencies
  • Irish company number published
  • Report templates exportable to Excel, Word and PDF

Where AccountsIQ is a step down from OneStream

  • No XBRL or ESEF tagging
  • Core plan covers only one entity and prices are on application
  • Hosting location not stated, and a related England and Wales entity appears in its privacy statement

Standout against OneStream. It is the one tool here where the consolidation is a feature of the general ledger rather than a separate product.

Joiin

a published-price consolidation layer for small groups on cloud ledgers

Exeter, United KingdomPer month by number of companies: from $28 monthly or $23 billed annually for 1 company; $336 monthly or $252 annually for 100 companies; 14-day free trial#11 in Financial Consolidation Software

Best for: Small groups and accounting firms with each entity in a cloud ledger

Joiin Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 10881174, with its registered office near Exeter, and English law governs its terms. Prices depend on the number of companies: $28 a month for one company ($23 billed annually), and $336 monthly or $252 annually for 100 companies. All plans have unlimited users, and the 14-day trial runs on the Max plan without a card.

Joiin links to Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, FreeAgent, Zoho Books, Pennylane and Fortnox, among others. It lists no statutory standards or certificates, and its privacy policy says AI features use AWS Bedrock and data may be processed outside the UK and EEA, including the US. The UK sits outside the EEA with an adequacy decision.

What Joiin does better than OneStream

  • Publishes prices by number of companies, which OneStream does not on the pages we read
  • Free 14-day trial of the top plan, no credit card
  • Unlimited users, reports and clients on every plan
  • Links to ten named cloud accounting systems

Where Joiin is a step down from OneStream

  • UK company outside the EEA, with US processing allowed for AI features
  • No statutory standards or certificates listed, so not a tool for large IFRS groups
  • Prices are shown in US dollars on the page we read

Standout against OneStream. It is the only tool here whose price for a group of 100 companies is on the page.

joiin.co Visit Joiin

What actually breaks when you switch

The first job is to export everything OneStream holds that is not a report. That means the group chart of accounts with its mappings, the entity tree and its ownership history, the intercompany rules, the currency rates, adjustment journals, opening balances and the comparative periods your auditor will ask for. Ask OneStream in writing which export formats exist and what they cost.

Then rebuild the mappings in the new tool and run both systems in parallel for one full close. Compare the consolidated trial balance line by line, then the eliminations, then the minority shares. Differences usually trace back to a mapping or a rate date, and they are far cheaper to find in a parallel run than after the old licence has ended.

Retraining is the cost that tenders rarely list. A controller who built close checklists in OneStream will need to learn the new tool's way of locking periods, posting adjustments and approving them. For elKomKONS and Jedox that means working in Excel with a TM1 or write-back model behind it, and for Amelkis or Hypergene it means working in French or partly in Swedish.

Check the contract end date before you plan the go-live. If a multi-year OneStream term is running, the new tool may have to run in parallel at both costs for longer than you expect. Konsolidator's onboarding fee and Lucanet's 12-month minimum term also belong in the business case, because both add to the first-year cost.

Is there a European consolidation tool as broad as OneStream?

Not as a single product, on the evidence we read. Lucanet comes closest in scope, joining consolidation, planning, disclosure management and XBRL, and Corporate Planning joins consolidation with planning, risk and liquidity on one platform. Neither claims OneStream's embedded AI agents, and neither is a global platform with offices across several continents.

The honest comparison is by job. If your requirement is a statutory consolidation with an audit trail, a Danish, German or French vendor can cover it with a narrower and cheaper project. If your requirement is one data model across the group's operational and financial data with AI on top, OneStream is still ahead on its own description of scope.

How long does it take to replace OneStream?

The vendors give few figures. Konsolidator states a typical onboarding of 60 to 120 days, with a one-time fee of roughly one to two times the yearly subscription. The other vendors on this page give no timeline on the pages we read, so ask each one for a plan with named milestones.

Plan the switch around your reporting calendar. A consolidation tool should go live in a quiet month, run in parallel for one full close, and be compared against the old numbers line by line. Moving in the middle of a year-end close, or in the weeks before a listed parent files, is the common way a replacement project goes wrong.

Do I have to move planning off OneStream as well?

No. Many groups keep one system for consolidation and another for planning, and the split is often cleaner. Jedox is a planning platform with an Excel add-in that writes back to the model, and Hypergene and Corporate Planning put planning on the same platform as consolidation.

Keep planning on OneStream while you move the consolidation if the two share a lot of master data. Moving only one half leaves you maintaining the chart of accounts and entity list in two places for a while, which is tolerable if someone owns the mapping.

What does a European vendor change about GDPR?

It changes who signs. With Lucanet AG, Konsolidator A/S or Amelkis Solutions the contracting entity sits in the EU and answers to a European supervisory authority. Joiin Ltd is a UK company, covered by the UK adequacy decision but outside the EEA, and its privacy policy allows processing outside the UK and EEA, including the US, for its AI features.

Hosting is a separate question and the answers are uneven. Amelkis states hosting in France, Hypergene offers a Swedish option, Jedox offers EU cloud or your own infrastructure, and Corporate Planning offers Germany or another EU country on Microsoft Azure. Lucanet runs on AWS. Six vendors state nothing on location.

Which one to pick

If your consolidation must reach the annual report, start with Lucanet, which lists XBRL products and ESEF coverage, and with Amelkis if the group is French and also reports ESEF, CSRD and country-by-country. If your auditor asks for a German software certificate, Corporate Planning and elKomKONS both state IDW PS 880.

If you want a narrower cloud consolidation with a stated onboarding path, pick Konsolidator or Solitwork. If you want planning on the same platform as consolidation, Corporate Planning and Hypergene come first, and Jedox joins as the planning engine when consolidation lives elsewhere. For a small group on cloud ledgers, Joiin has the prices on the page and AccountsIQ keeps ledger and roll-up in one system.

Keep OneStream if you need one global platform with embedded AI agents over financial and operational data, or if your group is too large for any narrower product here. None of these eleven tools claims that scope, and the honest trade is a smaller product from a European contracting entity.

Frequently Asked Questions

It depends on the job. For consolidation with disclosure management, Lucanet from Berlin. For a cloud consolidation tool with published plan names, Konsolidator from Copenhagen. For planning and consolidation on one platform with German audit certification, Corporate Planning from Hamburg. For French groups under IFRS and ANC rules, Amelkis from Paris. For small groups, Joiin or AccountsIQ.

OneStream Software LLC, headquartered at 191 N Chester Street in Birmingham, Michigan. Its privacy statement, last updated on 4 March 2026, describes it as a provider of corporate performance management software as a service. Its site lists offices in several US cities, Sydney and Paris, and records a 1,000th customer in 2022.

OneStream's privacy statement refers to the Data Privacy Framework and says the company is subject to US Federal Trade Commission jurisdiction for its enforcement. That is a recognised transfer route for certified US companies. Whether it fits your group depends on your own transfer assessment and on where the OneStream environment you contract for is hosted, which the pages we read do not say.

The OneStream pages we read show no prices. Among the European tools, Joiin publishes monthly prices from $28 for one company, Konsolidator names four plans without amounts and adds an onboarding fee of about one to two times the yearly subscription, and the other vendors ask for a quote. Expect to request quotes from all of them.

Corporate Planning and elKomKONS state certification of their consolidation software under IDW PS 880, and Corporate Planning adds IDW RS FAIT 1 and 4. Konsolidator states ISAE3402. Hypergene states ISO 27001 for its operations. These are vendor statements on their own pages, so ask for the certificate and its scope before relying on them.

Yes, and small groups are where the gap in cost and effort is widest. Joiin consolidates entities that run in Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, Pennylane, Fortnox and other cloud ledgers, from $28 a month. AccountsIQ builds consolidation into its ledger, though its Core plan covers one entity. Both are lighter than a statutory IFRS consolidation tool.
