Sitedrive

Sitedrive is a Helsinki platform for takt planning: breaking a schedule into standardised zones and work cycles so a build runs with, as the company puts it, factory-like precision. It began inside the Finnish contractor Fira as Fira Sitedrive before spinning out as its own company in 2019 and being renamed Sitedrive Oy in 2022, and it now integrates with Microsoft Project, Power BI and several BIM tools rather than replacing them outright.

It overlaps with Sablono on one point — both exist because a general contractor cannot answer what percentage is genuinely complete from a gut feeling — but the method differs: Sablono tracks completion activity by activity across thousands of repeating units, while Sitedrive organises the whole schedule into takt zones and cycles from the start, which suits repetitive residential and infrastructure work more than a one-off complex build.

Pricing is published and unusual for the category: a twelve-month pilot for first-time customers costs €690 a month for one project, and ongoing subscriptions run from €1,685 a month for three active projects down to about €538 per project at nine, with unlimited users included on every tier and no separate per-seat charge — closer to Sablono's per-project model than to PlanRadar's per-seat one.
