LegalZoom prices most documents one at a time. Simply-Docs flips that: a subscription opens a whole package for a year, with the site listing 970+ business documents, 730+ corporate and 650+ employment documents.

The template files are meant to be edited by you. The pricing page promises no extra charges and no automatic renewals, and a small team can share one subscription across seats.

Six packages, one price tier

Every package costs the same GBP 42.50 + VAT, so the decision is which areas you need. Business, corporate, employment, health and safety, property and charity are the six.

Premium Plus unlocks all six for GBP 149, plus 2GB of storage and unlimited free eSignatures, where a single package gives 20 and 500MB.

Staying current

Subscribers get update alerts when a template changes with legislation and monthly newsletters. The pricing page says the legal team behind the documents has over 90 years of combined experience.

Renewal is an invitation rather than a charge, which suits occasional users who would otherwise forget a cancellation date.

Teams and storage

Multi-user access is priced per seat: GBP 30 for 1 to 10 users, GBP 22.50 for 11 to 20, and a quote above that. Each user gets personal login details.

Payment processing runs through WorldPay UK Ltd, which the privacy statement names as a processor, and the site says it follows UK data protection law.

Limitations to Consider

It is a template library, so nobody checks your finished document and there is no solicitor on call. Coverage is English-law; Scottish and Northern Irish forms are not the focus.
