Detailed Review
ModeAudio Ltd is a private limited company incorporated in Scotland under company number SC658708, with its registered office at 17-21 East Mayfield, Edinburgh. The terms of business, last updated in February 2026, name that company as the seller.
The shop sorts products by category, genre, instrument and format, and carries a banner for 100% royalty-free instant downloads.
Formats that match your DAW
The navigation lists Serum presets, Vital synth presets, FL Studio packs, Ableton Live packs, Reason ReFills, MIDI files, drum samples, mini packs and micro packs. That is a finer split than most shops give.
Genres include ambient, cinematic, downtempo, EDM, hip hop, house, lofi, pop, R&B, synthwave, techno and trap.
Pricing model
ModeAudio sells packs one by one in EUR, USD or GBP. A banner offered 3 for 2 on all packs. The pages we read do not show a subscription or individual pack prices.
The terms include a refund policy section, which we did not read in detail.
ModeAudio compared with Splice
You buy and keep packs, and there is no plugin or monthly allowance listed. The shop also runs a magazine with tutorials and interviews, which Splice also covers with a blog.
The catalogue size is not shown.
Limitations to Consider
Pack prices and the catalogue size are not visible in the text we fetched. There is no subscription, plugin or sample-level search listed. Terms are governed by the legal text of a Scottish company, which a buyer outside the UK should read for refund conditions. For a subscription see Noiiz.
