JetOctopus says it was started in 2018 by Julia Nesterets and Serge Bezborodov, who had been paying for crawlers on big sites and found them too costly. The company, Jet Octopus OÜ, is registered in Tallinn under code 14483580 and describes itself as bootstrapped, without outside investors.
The product puts a JavaScript crawler next to a log analyzer, so a team can compare what exists on a site with which bots, Googlebot or GPTBot among them, actually fetch.
Logs next to the crawl
The home page lays out four sources: the crawl for what exists, logs for who visits, Search Console for what ranks (16 or more months of data) and GA4 for what earns. The log module lists Googlebot, GPTBot and more than 40 others.
The vendor's GDPR note says it analyses bot behaviour in logs and does not extract user data.
Plans by volume, not by seat
On the pricing page every plan has unlimited projects and unlimited seats. What changes is monthly volume: Growth includes 500K crawled URLs and 2M log lines, Pro 2M and 8M, Ultra 5M and 25M, and the Unlimited tier is quoted on request.

Limitations to Consider
Plans start at €299 a month, a lot more than a desktop licence, and the crawl volume is a monthly allowance. The vendor pages say servers are in secure countries but do not name where, so data location is unverified. Data retention on the entry plan is 12 months. For a one-off audit on a small site, Screaming Frog costs far less.
