Detailed Review
Icybiz is a free website builder operated from Austria. You build pages in a visual editor without coding, publish when you choose, and receive one permanent address (icybiz.com/name or eorls.com/name) at no cost and without a payment card. The same platform is also reachable as EORLS, and the interface is available in English, German, French and Spanish. An optional forum can be added to a site.
The operator is Richard Andresik, an Austrian sole trader, rather than a company, which makes this the smallest provider on the page. The platform is hosted on a self-managed server in Falkenstein, Germany, with Hetzner as hosting processor, and published sites set no cookies and use no marketing analytics. Icybiz is explicit about limits: there is a cap on pages, images, files and video per site, and unlimited storage or traffic is not promised.
Next to e-monsite, Mozello or Webnode, Icybiz is far younger and narrower. No custom subdomain is included, no paid plans or shop features are listed, and the site itself describes parts of the service in beta terms. For a personal page, a local club or a first online presence at zero cost it is a reasonable European option; for a business that needs an online shop, a custom domain or an established vendor, the other tools here are safer.
