Detailed Review
Agroptima is aimed at the person who has to fill in the field journal. Workers register what they did in the app, the office sees it at once, and the software formats it into the reports that Spanish and French inspections and certification schemes ask for, using the SIGPAC parcel codes and the registration numbers of plant protection products.
The operator named in the terms is ISAGRI S.L., and the copyright line on the site names the same company; the Terms of Use fall under Spanish law with the Barcelona courts as venue. The site comes in English, Catalan, Spanish and French.
Reports and traceability
The pitch is traceability without paperwork: phytosanitary and fertiliser reports, Global GAP and organic reports, all generated from the entries made in the field. An official field report with SIGPAC codes is a separate page of the site.
Crop types are split into fruit and citrus, vegetables, vineyards, cereals and extensive crops, olive and nut trees, and service providers.
Costs and team
Entering input prices lets the software compare the profitability of fields, crops and varieties. Work orders are digital, team members report their jobs from the phone, and personnel costs are tracked per activity.
Data from John Deere Operations Center can be sent to Agroptima automatically, according to the home page.
Trial and plans
A 15-day free trial uses the same version as the paid plan and the data carries over when you subscribe. The FAQ says there is no limit on the number of fields, that bigger plans exist for large companies and that most data can be downloaded to Excel.
Limitations to Consider
The reports lean on SIGPAC and Spanish or French codes, so a farm elsewhere in Europe gets less out of that feature. The plan prices are not visible in the page source, so you cannot budget before signing up. John Deere is the only machine integration named. Compared with Farmdok, satellite monitoring is not described on the pages reviewed.
Who Should Use Agroptima
Farms and agricultural service providers in Spain and southern France that need inspection-ready field journals and a simple cost overview more than satellite analytics.
