WALLIX One Enterprise Vault

WALLIX One Enterprise Vault is the newest entrant in this category, launched in October 2024 by a company that has spent two decades doing privileged access management rather than consumer password tools.

The pitch follows from that background: personal and shared vaults for identities, cards, notes and attachments, multi-factor authentication, and an account-recovery feature that lets an administrator step into a departing employee's vault items instead of losing them when the account is closed. For a company that already runs WALLIX PAM or another WALLIX One product for its administrators, adding the Enterprise Vault for everyone else keeps credential governance under one vendor instead of two.

The company behind it is WALLIX, registered in Paris under RCS 450 401 153, founded in 2003 and part of WALLIX Group SA, which has been listed on Euronext Growth Paris under the ticker ALLIX since 2015 — the first French cybersecurity software vendor to go public.

WALLIX Group states more than 240 employees and holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, awarded by Certi-Trust in January 2025, covering the WALLIX One SaaS platform that the Enterprise Vault runs on, alongside product development and customer support.

Two things are thinner than the rest of this list. Pricing is not published anywhere: like Uniqkey and LockSelf, every quote runs through sales, with no public floor to compare against a per-seat competitor.

And residency is stated only as "redundant, ISO 27001-certified" hosting in France — a country and a standard, not a named provider or city, which gives less to check than heylogin's Hetzner-and-IONOS statement or LockSelf's Outscale-and-Scaleway one. There is no self-hosted option, and no independent audit of the vault product itself has been published, only the platform-wide ISO certification.
